独立再販業者としての地位

重要： Texana Co.は独立した再販業者であり、Buc-ee'sやその他当社が販売する製品のブランドとは提携、承認、スポンサー関係にありません。すべての商標、ブランド名、製品名はそれぞれの所有者の財産です。当社は小売価格で製品を購入し、国際的に再販しています。

当サイトの利用

  • 購入には18歳以上または保護者の同意が必要です
  • 正確な情報を提供することに同意します
  • アカウントの機密保持に責任を負います
  • 一人につき一つのアカウント

商品情報

  • 正確性を追求していますが、すべての商品説明が誤りのないことを保証することはできません

  • 通関で拒否された荷物
  • 配送業者の管理を超える配送遅延

知的財産

shoptexana.com上のすべてのコンテンツ（第三者の商標を除く）は当社の財産です。許可なく複製、配布、または二次的著作物を作成することはできません。

責任の制限

法律で認められる最大限の範囲で：

準拠法

本規約は米国ニュージャージー州の法律に準拠します。紛争はニュージャージー州の裁判所で解決されます。
